Physical & Mental Health

The Physical and Mental Health program seeks to educate and facilitate lifestyle change for the physical, mental and spiritual well being of members of the sorority and the community at large.  The committee’s objectives are to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining good health habits and recognizing potential health related problems; to identify and partner with like-minded community organizations that address pertinent health issues and to develop and implement health-focused programs within the community.

For more information on these and other programs sponsored by the Nashville Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter, please contact us as dstnmac@yahoo.com or please see our Event Calendar for specific dates and times.

The Nashville Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter offers many programs intended to benefit those living within the chapter service areas, both young and old.
